SERVICES
Standard Inspection
Our standard service includes a comprehensive inspection of every element of your property as per the list below. We produce a detailed yet clear and easy to understand report and forward this to yourself within 48 hours of the inspection taking place once payment has been received. We are then on hand to assist and support via phone and email if you have any queries or concerns.
Premium Inspection
Our premium service is as per the standard inspection except it is issued within 24 hours of the inspection taking place. The premium service also has the added benefit that we undertake a de-snag inspection once the developer or contractor has confirmed all defects have been rectified to a satisfactory standard. Upon conclusion of the de-snag inspection if all items have not been rectified to an acceptable standard, we will the re-issue a further snagging schedule and continue to support you in person until all items have been addressed

The entire accessible area of the external building fabric (excluding roof unless a drone suvey is booked)
